These guys are great for elves to grind as they are not hard skinned. It might take ages, but they have a chance of dropping a weapon soul enchantment scroll, which works out pretty well considering that your soul weapon will probably take a long while till it hits level 20 (min. level required for a weapon before it can be soul enchanted).
