On July 30 I submitted a private ticket asking help on a reset and relog issue concerning my accounts. I can not find any response to this ticket under whatever headings I try in Support. What happened to this ticket? The gist of the ticket was as follows: after the server reset of the 30th a character of mine, Tecumseh, lost all game settings (hot keys, game options , etc.). He now needs to reset these settings upon every log or restart. This issue in the past was limited to my characters Scaler and New Luffo, though upon initial character creation and till the clock issue fix for Windows the problem did not exist or was not severe as it is now . Zajako in the past told me this bug is a carry over from Live and is Mac related. I run this game on a Mac. What caused a 3rd character to lose his settings as of 2 days ago? Can this be rectified? Is a reinstallation the only possible solution? I am perplexed because this issue seems to arise out of the blue upon certain server resets. May I have a response to this ticket and/or the previous one? Thank You.
