The guide mentions if you keep leveling over 100 before deleveling for Reaper you start at a higher level, but doesn't really specify what levels translate to what levels. This makes it difficult to decide if it's worth grinding at 100 with your good gear or getting the easy levels out of the way as a Reaper. So, what's the actual correlation between pre-Reaper level > 100 and starting Reaper level?
